Power Point Recovery

G'day folks,
I must be an idiot but...
I can't find anywhaere the recovery rate for simply resting for power points. I understand about lotus smoke etc but how fast do you get PP back under normal conditions? Base PP for 8 hours rest?
Where is it in the book? if anyone knows the answer please reply. Most confused :roll:

things like that encourage me to enforce unlikley rolls for perception in role playing games "what do you mean I can't see him"
