Tell me about it. I bought 6 boxes of Fed Reinforcements to build up my supply of DW, NCL and some NCAs. I planned to sell off the 6 DN, 6 BCH, and 3 NCA to someone so that my final cost for the other ships would be about $8 each. That hasn't turned out as well as I'd like; I'm stuck with 4 DN and 2 BCH at this point. I don't think I'll be trying that plan again.

Yeah, looks like I'll be waiting for the individual ships to start coming down the pipeline to flesh out my fleets, unless buying those Border boxes work out bette that the Reinforcement boxes (I don't recall what's in the Border boxes off hand).

I've done a couple of swaps through the UK swap thread, very happy with them.

Once the mixed squadron boxes come out the swap threads should really pick up, because people will get them for the Kzinti or Tholians or whatever, and then swap the excess for more.

I know someone will want Kzinti frigates and NCAs and be willing to part with Tholians, Gorn or civilians to get them. In fact if you can find people to swap with it is a great way to fill out your Kzinti fleet, as there will be people with Kzinti frigates wanting freighters or Tholian DDs or PCs.

I know I'll be getting the mixed squadron boxes and putting the Kzinti up for swaps.

The border boxes will make the swap threads explode, because unless you collect all the races, there will be a bunch of stuff you don't want, and someone out there with more war cruiser and destroyer hulls for your fleet who would quite like what you don't want.
