I am fairly certain I read a statement that he regretted offending anyone, but perhaps I am mistaken. In any event, I'm not going to go digging for it because there's too many messages to go through.

My mistake, it was not the author it was the company.

I apologize for my error. Still, an apology has been made. Hopefully some kind of errata and perhaps revision in a future printing (if such occurs) might be forthcoming. IN any event, I believe it is time to let this subject rest.
