parcel returned, how to contact Mongoose?

I am trying to contact Mongoose publishing to check on the status of my Gorn fleet box. I suspect that the post office has once again returned my parcels to sender. I have had a lot of problems with my parcel delviery person and suspect it has occurred again. My order was sent out Nov 13 and still hasn't arrived. If a moderator reads this please contact me. Order # 100003361. I need to know if it was returned to you.

I have arranged to have a copy resent out to you.

If anyone has any problems if you email sales@mongoosepublishing.com it will be looked into. That mailbox is checked regularly throughout the day. Failing that email myself amcmillan@mongoosepublishing.com and only mail Matt as a last resort.

Aye, we might be able to do a bit more then some but aren't all seeing here.

Now that msprange guy can do more, but he's an admin.
