Unfortunately the nature of torrents is that they are fleeting, up for a few days or a week, then gone.

So the original PARANOIA comic torrent is long since gone. It is possible some kind citizen will post another torrent of the PARANOIA comic sometime, in which case I hope he'll post a fresh note to this topic.
