It's the Tamiya kit. 1/48 scale with a die cast hull.

I still need to dullcote it, and the wash made the moldline show up along the barrel. I'll have to file that some more, or maybe use a little Squadron Green Putty.

I was always tempted to go 1/48 but somehow I always end up 28mm (1/56) or 20mm (1/72)...

Do you also use 1/48 infantry?

My German infantry is 28mm from Crusader - 1/48 is fine, but my Americans are from Victory Force, and they are slightly larger, maybe close to 30mm. The 1/48 stuff is perfect for them.

Where do you find 1/56?

BAM, Chieftain, Waffenkammer, NZWM, AGN, FoA ....
Search my website a bit and you will find plenty.

Very nice but I found 1/48 to large for 28mm models and sold mine.
