Admiral w/ Analytical Mastermind, Legendary Tactician and Inspired Command

One of the Hurr Gunships was purchased with RR in the second turn and I have yet to actually enter combat, though that won't be the case by the end of the current campaign turn.

Is there anything I should have bought or not bought in this list?

Does the pak'ma'ra Refit that adds a hangar to a ship add a single Porfatis or a wing of 3?
 
You've got a varied group so you've done a right thing with ship selection so far thats to say you have a varied selection of ships. The only problem i can see is that you have no scout and i know the pak dont have access to one So against the mimbari you are going to have to close to knife fighting level. Youll need to wait to see what happens in combat now to determin what you need to do next.
