Hiff, the Mothership was there, mind it's about 15-20 kg beaing a heavy weight they are thinking of making it hollow, The NEW gaim ships were on show (I got 3 of them) 2nd edition rules were on sale the fleet book was not due to burning the 3am oil.

as was the smaller ships for EA, PSI Corps, ISA and there was a jump gate for a tenner

Yeah, I got a stack of Gaim. Need some photos though as I can't quite work out how to assemble the multipart ones!

I'll have mine (painted and all that) at GenCon in a week and a half, so if somebody brings a camera they can get some shots of the ships up after that.

I got 2 scouts, gunship, carrier (?), small queenship (??) and the big one.

Pictures in the general discussion thread of them as assembled by me (no guarantees that they're properly done!)

Great models though - looking forward to the queenship.

For those that got their hands on the 2nd Edition rules I was wondering, the ISA Rules for borrowing ships from other fleets, has it been clarified if they can borrow from only one fleet at at time or will they be able to borrow ships from all their listed allies at once(within the 1 FAP limitation)?

I dont need to know one way or the other right now, I just want to know if it has been clarified or not.

Sorry to say that the fleet lists weren't available so nothing on the ISA or league lists. The rulebook contains cut down lists for Centauri (the Kutai is now the dogs nuts! :lol: ), Narn, EA 3rd Age and Minbari (8 dice beam on Sharlin :shock: ). We were able to order the fleet book on the understanding that it would be posted out 'sometime' this week. :evil:

It was never un-clear in 1e. All of the FAP must come from one fleet. I doubt it has changed.

Check the wording of the allies rule.

I'm away from books at the moment. It's in the "Allied fleets" special rule on the first page of the ISA fleet.

Yep, in the 1E fleet lists it says 'you may spend 1 FAP on ships from one of the following fleet lists....'

Still it's all immaterial as the 2ndE fleet lists should be out any time soon.
