I just picked up some Exosuit Officers, (thanks Mike) is there a difference in the sculpt than the normal exosuit trooper? I can't see one, but I didn't put them together yet. Thanks

I don't think so. The idea was that by offering the figure as a single model you would not have to buy an entire box to get the extra model needed for the officer.

Although You might want to use a WFB or W40k head for a Cougar captain, just for the feel of it. The bald SMurf head fits very well in this role.
