Any chance of getting those NPC sheets in a non-pdf format? I like to modify them, add more races, etc. It would be nice to have it an editable document, to minimize re-typing.

You can always copy and paste from PDF to Word, or some other program. You have to choose the text selecting tool at the top of the Acrobat Reader.
