NPC and Monster most used skill list

What are the most used skills that you put in your "quick and dirty" scribbles? Anyone have a template? Im trying to stop filling out an entire character sheet or monster stat block (as written in the books) to save shuffle time.
I got caught with just Climb, Hide, Listen and Spot before, or is this too vague a question considering all the choices? Just wondering if anyone has a prefered menu.

Ones you may want to consider:
Bluff (if using Improved Feint)
Concentration (if spellcaster)
Intimidate (with relevant feats)
Sense Motive (especially if PC uses IF)

I actually don't care that much about even the common skills most of the time. It depends on the role, too. A guard should have Listen and Spot scores. An assassin, Move Silently and Hide. An area with multiple levels, even if just trees, might make Climb important. A rope bridge scene might make Balance relevant. Etc. But, mostly, I like to have an approximate number in mind, roll a die, and think about what's fair or interesting.

Especially don't care about monsters and minor NPCs. Major NPCs, I'd probably fully spec out just because I enjoy number crunching characters (up to a point and if there's a reason to do so).

Role specific sounds right- I was thinking a catch-all 5x8 card that I could use for everything but this sounds more realistic. Just looking for smaller piles behind the screen. This way they'll fit in a menu box for reuse.
Thanks

I tend to have some rather cheaty ways when running a tapletop, having a few blocks of stats (init, attack, damage, hp, ap/dr and a few skills as previously suggested) and just using variations of the same stats with different descriptions or for a quick encounter just change a stat or two.

E.G.

init +5, attack +4, dmg 1d8 hp 12, ap 2, dr 3 spot +5, listen +6 hide +2, Move silent +8

Up the init for a thief, the dmg and hp for a tougher fight or the hide/move silent for something hiding in an old ruin....

Trevor.
