Noble Amada troop types question

Hey I have a question about troops in Noble Armada. In the C5A supplement it lists a couple of troop types not in the main rulebook or the Fleets of the Fading Suns supplement. I was wondering what the costs were for those troops and who they were available to. They were cyber, blur suit and heavy armor. Thanks.

It is a cheat cheat I found on this forum some time ago but can't find at moment. Maybe someone could give me a hand.

Those troop types are found in Signs & Portents 91.

Most of the stuff made it into Fleets Supplement, but not all. They were a test for Fleets i think.
