No Save-Value available - sense of Kill-Value?

Hi Group,

e.g. the Fedayeen-Squad has no Save-Value.
So I suppose that if a DD equals or exceeds the Target-Value the Fedayeen-Infantry-Model gets killed, because there's no Save-Roll for it at all.
Am I right?
If yes, does the Kill-Value makes sense in that particular situation?
