Well there is Book 1: Mercenary. Which in Classic Traveller covered that, and has a little in this version. So wouldn't really expect another separate one.

Its not the same, though it may barrow as much as civilian vehicle/military vehicle creation books did between the two, but still I'd like to see how they handle the army and the marines, and the events/mishaps table, and how they handle missions, and such, you can't honestly say Book 1: Mercenary was a perfect fit, at best its somewhat close to what Army and Marines would be.

Never said anything about it being a perfect fit. But with that I'm not seeing it likely to have a separate one (at least not anytime in the near future).

I would be in favour of an Army/Marines sourcebook - Merc does a good job in parts but just as Star Mercs needed Ground Forces to get rid of bad bits...MgT could do the same without treading over the same ground.
