New Saggi!

One of the several perfect fixes IMO ;)
Will this become the "official" stats for tournaments, overruling Armageddon?

interesting. i also notice they gave the Drazi an eyehawk, I suddenly see amazing boresight death... locked on, eep!

I also note that AGAIN, the T'Rakk and varients has not appeared.

Actually that Drazi assault ship looks potentially scary, its every bit as tough as a normal Warbird but at patrol level (useless guns though, but thats not what its there for, breaching pods! AWAAAAAY!!!! )

Breaching pod on a sky hook catapult would be fun ;)
The ACTA equivalent of throwing an egg in someone's face.

If so then that will mean that a new edition of official stats for ACTA has been superseded within one month of being published- surely a new record for Mongoose! :D

And that's before you get into the mildly scary thought of being boarded by Shadows....

"I can't see them! I can't see...aaaaaaagggghhh!!!"

Yeah, I think dropping it to hull 4 was a good fix, keeping it in line with the Olympus. And the article states it overrides any previous stats.

surprise surprise..more stuff for the EA.

good to finally see the Eyehawk, but still no T'Rakk and its variants!!!

Oh come, I hardly call that 'more stuff for the EA' its a fix to specifically nerf a collossally broken ship that pretty much the entire ACTA community was up in arms about!

And as for the Narns, theres already more ships and varients for the Narn fleet than almost any other (except maybe the Centauri). I'd agree it was a bit much if it was yet another new ship for the EA but its not. It's a fix to an existing broken ship!

the main issue however with narn is that Matt said he would do a t'rakk, th'norr whatever you wanna call it absolutely ages ago, it even appeared on the cover of the centauri box, and is now in armageddon as an image. the ship itself remains elusive, Morg sent an article, I sent a ship image to support it, after being told they might run it, then after all our work, they turned round and said they were doing it themselves.... then we see nothing again.

One thing that's not been commented on, both Drazi ships are Atmospheric...

Wulf

unlike the Ikorta then. Fluff says largest ship inthe galaxy that can make a planetary landing, the stats say NOT!

was that you Wulf? did you pull some drazi strings? It's doesn't make a huge issue, really, probably ;-)

Of course. They players asked for it, they responded. We should be congratulating them.

I'd assume that while the Ikorta can land, it can't really operate in the atmosphere in a combat role like a White Star or these new Drazi ships.

There have been complaints about the Sagi since the dawn of time. Why couldn't they have made the changes in Armageddon instead of waiting a whole month (say 2-3 months allowing publishing time for armageddon etc.) before changing the stats in S&P? Its not like they didn't know there was a problem with it already!

Bacause allegedly, the book went to print in april or something daft... yes i know, i know that would mean it took 6 months to print a book...
