New RPG? RES EViL or The Fifth Element?

Well I know that the peeps over at Eden were in talks to do a Res evil game awhile ago,

Then what about "The Fifth Element. It seems like a very rich environment for an RPG to be set in.

As many times as Resident Evil comes up as a suggestion for a RPG on this forum alone just seems to validate the fact that, if done right, it would be a great seller. Must be some legalities holding up a company from securing the rights...

I would buy a RE RPG in a heartbeat. I like the movie 5th Element but not sure about a RPG for it.
