New ideas on trained and untrained armies - rule ideas

Last night i laid in bed, with my head full of ideas, one of them eats at me from the first time the rules came out.

"All the men have the same training ", in the real world, uk and usa are higher trained soldiers, compared to the middle east, and poorer countrys, so we should show this on the battlfield...

IDEAS...
Based on the Mob in wave 11...

Untrained or poorly trained soldiers should have a target of 3+ unlike the trained soldier of 4+

Using the advanced rules, you also have the civilan rules, for battles like in black hawk down etc.

So we have the following

untrained T 3+ K 6+
trained T 4+ K 6+
Elite T 4+ K 7+

Your thoughts on the following, and anybody wishing to test this out at the weekend, do please get back to me...

[The Old Soldier]

Trained soldier know how to use cover and concealment to it's full advantage. Give trained soldiers a armor save when in any type of cover of +1.

OR

Trained soldiers do not fall apart easy when a leader is Killed. When a Leader is kill roll a D6 on a 5+ instead of losing two actions the Leader is automatically replaced.
