So I just read through the short series of Club 303 where a group of citizens are acting as vigilantes cutting up punks and juves who break the law but get away from the Judges or are released (2000AD issues 1101-1110). So it got me thinking, wouldn't this make for an interesting new gang list and/or models? I mean you have normal club members and then you have the ones who dress up and then you have the occasional robot.

Always imagined that the Street Gang would serve this idea very well (maybe with a few less Juves, but the stats of the Punks work well).
