It's the Gauss Cannon.

TL 12 ATV w/ Guass Cannon 5.9 MCr, without the cannon only .2 MCr.
Compare that to an unarmed spy plane 4 TL's lower at 1.3 MCr.

I'm not sure that a TL 12 Gauss Cannon should cost 5.7 MCr. A TL 9 one? Sure! But the TL 12 version ought to be 1 or 2 MCr total.
