New Damage in a Major Wound

One question... Imagine you already have a major wound (for example, in a leg). And you are hit again in that limb (1 point for example). Do you have to roll again vs Resilience? Is it considered to be a new Major wound?

I'd say so, else people who are already wounded would be notoriously hard to kill if they make the initial resilience roll.
It also makes sense to me. If my abdomen is completely ruined and someone jams a knife in it - it can very easily make some serious injury to large veins or internal organs.

That's how we play, although if they pass subsequent resilience rolls, the location doesn't become anymore useless!
