I was poking around on drivethrurpg and found a free download for THE NEW ARGONAUTS, which has some intriguing ideas possibly suited for a Conan campaign, (excellent flavour text for Argos or Corinthia...)

* low-magic
* Poison, lingering effects
* Slower dying rules

I don't think it is very usable for Conan, because there isn't many things that aren't already in the Conan books, but thanks anyway as it is most helpful for OGL Ancients (which I also have).
