Well thank you all for all your help.
With all you told me and a bit from my head I´ve designed a battle plan. I will try to make a "burrow maneuver". Like a mother mongoose I will protect my cubs.
I´ll deploy the ships in a wheel around the planet, most facing inwards, so not all my ships will face the same direction.
When he deploys, I will use G´sten ability to react a bit and then I will orbit and Comeabout or APTE till I face the centauri.
Hope the planet is not very big... and I can do it on the first turn.
My civ ships (the cubs) and two escorting Sho´kar will flee to the other side of the table, and wait (I will not get much from the Sho´kar this time and perhaps I will save them for a Mimbari dancing later in the campaign)
I will try to bombard with Ionic and antifighter mines (I have 10 emines) and my frazi (I´ll get 9) will wait for that salvo to run forth all together.
I think I may have time for that cos his fleet is not very long-ranged and my ships have plenty of damage points.
I know my enemy and think he will be taunted and try to use his superior numbers to reach the "cubs", coming to a place where my short ranged weapons can nuts his fast ships, and the planet and its orbiting can help me fire them after they have passed...
I´ll try not to forget the rerolls, and hide some surprises (like my four 20" ranged Sho´kovs flanking his heavy ships or pursuing his attack force).
Thank you all for your advice. The battle will be next sunday so I will tell you how it goes.
