Necro. Arts - How Are the Critters and Fear/Insanity Rules?

Judging by existing threads, some of the spells and the like in Necromantic Arts are not properly converted (and I haven't found any official errata for it), but what about the critters and fear/insanity rules? Have they been correctly converted/created for MRQ2?
