Mystic vision - last para errata?

Is the last paragraph of the Sorcery spell Mystic Vision correct? It refers to spells of enchantmants of upto 1 MP per 10% grimoire. Many spells now cost a handful of magic points - is it meant to refer to Intensity instead?

Thers is also a reference to 'overcharged' spells - which I presume is a hang-over from MRQ1?
