Im a new player to the game and found it a well balanced game. The best thing about the game is that it doesnt use a point value system. This made fleet creation more simplistic and the need for a calculator was removed. The only problem i had was the inaccuracy of info on a few ships. For example the Yamato wasn't finished until 1941 not 1940. Other then that it is a great game and im planning on buying OoB ASAP.
