My first Traveller adventure (at long last!!)

I also threw in a mini 'dungeon-crawl' which had nothing to do with the official ATBF adventure but was a nice contrast to the whole 'vacc suits on the moon' type adventure. This mini game actually got the lads really excited so if I can recreate something like that in the next adventure, but maybe a city environment instead of the dungeon, then that would be good.

Maybe have a look at Research Station Gamma, Death Station or Twilights Peak all of which have dungeon type parts. RSG has both robots and aliens! Or even better make your own scenario - theres no way to describe how much fun you can have watching the characters try to best a situation you have created yourself. Create some great alien creatures, set a few traps and some treasure and have them try to make it through - it can be that simple and is great fun if you give the characters limited weapons such as crossbows or swords rather than guns.

76 Patrons (or the Mongoose equivalent) is great for getting the ideas flowing. Personally Ive always loved the following ideas:

- Monster alien escaping on a ship needs to be found, captured or killed (Alien of course) make sure there are plenty of red shirted NPCs around to get eaten first :-)
- Fighting through hordes of aliens (Chamax Plague) with your characters as part of a well armed merc outfit trying to make it to the dust off point.
- Protecting a passenger liner against a terrorist group in deep space.
- Stealing a consignment/prototype ship/special weapon for a gangster from a moving train (Firefly) or well defended stronghold with government troops protecting it - if they dont manage to do it the gangsters get after them.
- Protect a bridge/choke point from overwhelming but lesser armed enemy forces (Saving Private Ryan).
- Get a spy etc to the starport of a run down town with enemies trying to stop you (Bad Day at Black Rock) involving car chases and sneaking around.
- Going on a safari/hunt on an unusual alien world and becoming the prey (Predator)
- Saving the passengers of a stricken ship from a sun/black hole against a time limit and having one of the saved characters prove difficult (Star Trek Generations)
- Infiltrate a secret underground/undersea/interplanetoid base and kill the mad world-threatening scientist by getting past his henchmen and shark/croc/piranha-like traps, but get captured first, told the plan, and get let out of the prison cell/tricky predicament by another NPC who managed to get away - but who will usually die at the end saving you (every James Bond film).

Hope that gives you some ideas!!
