MWWG Macho Attack?

Anyone remember in the old MWWG, the Macho attack (I believe that's what it's called)?

It was the ability to perform a cool maneuver and stun/awe/cower opponents with a Macho attack so that the Macho woman could blow them away as they stand there amazed or cowering in fear!

Any ideas for how this might work as a d20 version?

Stealing shamelessly from Conan, I am completly shameless, I would grant a Macho character 'macho' points similar to 'fate points' that can be spent like fate points making 'macho attack' like 'mighty blow' you lose the point permenetly and get a max damage hit guaranteed !
