This will make everyone who works for Mongoose millionaires, absolutely. And give Brain Talbot a pension, he deserves it. In fact, I dont know why Im suggesting it, I should just do it myself. See what faith I have in Mongoose's abilities?

Not sure if it would work, or how well, with Traveller, True20, or other standard OGL D20 systems - but I do know that if it's MRQ (or any other BRP or RQ based system) then I wont even look at it.

Just my view to balance the debate - great IP to get for a RPG, but system wars and arguments aplenty about things to follow if it ever went ahead

Not the worst idea, to do a RPG setting for a comic book background that will become a movie next year.

Luther Arkwright RPG...? Hell yes ! I was involved with the putting together the original LARPG and playtesting for 23rd Parallel years ago

I would love to revisit this setting (and do some more work on it).
