BTW, how did this ever turn out? Was it easy to grab a table, make it into an ePub and make it look good on a cell phone screen and an iPad?

Sorry. I was able to convert. Some tables were okay. Others, not. Inexplicably, some seemingly plain text in the MGT pdf wasn't there (never happened before with any pdf book).

Next, I'm going to create a base doc (not pdf) with tables and convert directly to epub as the proprietary formatting of pdf isn't a good place to start from.
