msprange said:At the end of the day, it is what it is - this is WotC's playground, and they make the rules. We had made some good guesses as to what would be in the GSL, and we were mostly right. The only real downer is the inability to print articles in S&P but, to be honest, nothing had been set in stone for this at our end, and it is easy to compensate.

I agree with this in relation to the OGL. However, D20 and GSL are very similar both in terms of substance and intention.
