Modern Weapons

Because I don't want to reinvent the wheel (alternative reading I'm lazy ) has anyone done anything on representing modern weapons in Traveller. I'm not looking for anything too crunchy as my players are not military experts and can only just tell the difference between an SMG and an LMG. Something along the lines of "an MP5 is a TL7 SMG" etc.

Unfortunately the link to the PDF in that thread are now broken, as mention in the last post in the thread.

The supply catalog on the other hand looks like the kind of thing I could mine.
