If you like strong beer ^^ i recommend "Bockbier" especially "Eisbock" bockbier has up to 12% vol.alc. and "Eisbock" can be even stronger since they take water away from it.

Maybe one of you can try that if they ever should come here :).

Oh and i guess i have to make a bigger order at the english shop next week ^^ i then will tell you which i liked best.

Distilled beer  I will have to check the foriegn beers section at the local bottleshop. If in my future posts my spelling is worse, then I've found some.

12% is light, I've had some Belgian Beer that was 13.5-14%, Chimay was one, Ecu 28 was the other if I recall, though I may have been drunk at the time, I know the percentages are accurate, maybe not the names though

I dont know if they still do it like that, but Eis means Ice and they freeced the beer and took away some of the ice. By this taking away water and not alcohol ^^. Thats why it is called "Eisbock".
.

I've been tempted to try that with cider, as we have a big freezer. But I never have, because were I read about it was a Terry Pratchett book, and I enjoy my eyesight.

My father and I have a still, and we regularly ferment mashes to distill. Anyone who finds themselves down here is welcome to try our 5 minute vintage rum or whisky. Its good stuff.

I've made cider ice cubes before, you just get frozen cider - it doesn't remove the water to make it stronger or anything magic like that. Good for when you want to chill your cider without diluting it with water ice, though

If you had a large enough bucket of cider I guess you could keep skiming off the ice as it formed. Water freezes before alcohol. But geting the timing right would be a serious pain in the arse. You would probably keep ending up with a bucket of frozen cider.

Well, you managed to devolve into something even more tasteless. Congratulations.

No, it just rarely works when I'm the one saying it. I have this issue with delivery even in online forums...

But, yeah, let's forget it and hopefully folks will remember that I'm just no good with jokes despite conatantly trying.
