Missing table?

On page 155 there is a ""Terrain and Overland Movement" table mentioned, but I can't find it anywhere in the book. Is it just not there or am I getting blind?

The creature section also mentions a size table on p148. While there is a table deatiling the effect of size on the tabletop, there is no table detailing the effects of size in combat.

Thanks for the link. I know I can find it in the SRD, PHB, etc. It is just annoying that it is missing.

Besides if we find enough faults we might get a Sons of Magnamund type deal. (it work for the Conan guys)
