Mis-boxed MEA Infantry

I just bought 3 boxes of MEA Infantry, and in 1 box I didn't get the RPG mini. Instead, there was another kneeling rifleman. How do I go about getting this corrected? (why couldn't I accidentally get a second RPG instead?!?)

Just bring the enitre box back to the Retailer and get a replacement

I got a box of Brit Infantry that had a PLA Rifleman infiltrated into it, rather than a standing Brit Rifleman. The nice people at Mongoose had a replacement figure in my hands, IN AUSTRALIA within a week! Just email them : sales@mongoosepublishing.com , and they will fix it for you.... gotta love the Mongoose!

How can we check the correct expect contents of each box?

I guess just look through the box window. I was just excited that I found them and didn't look carefully. Mongoose said a replacement model would be sent to me (such nice guys!)

Is more a question of looking through teh box window AND comparing the contents against what?

The web site now - it is recent - have the contents described per item in some of the box, but not for all.
