Minimum Fuel Tank Size Conflict

In Far Side of Nowhere, the minimum fuel tank size is 0.1 tons.
In the Small Craft Catalogue we see several ships with the two week option having 0.05 ton fuel tanks.
None of the self propelled craft in that group have extended life support, so can only support crew for 1/14th of the two week option.

Is there a minimum fuel tank size for small craft, or is there a minimum duration requirement for fuel tankage?
OR is there no minimum beyond having enough fuel for nominal real world settings of 150% expected capacity/capability?

I prefer it to be option 3 personally. Minimum fuel tank size just seems to be a rule for the sake of having a rule.

You should be able to size the fuel tank as to taste.

Minimum could be both regulation and common sense by spacecraft designer bureaus.

I believe the Small Craft Catalogue is the later publication, and the rules on fuel tank size were explicitly updated therein. That would indicate to me that the SCC should be regarded as the current standard.

The fuel tanks there have no stated tank rule. They give options for converting existing craft published in HG'22.
I am looking for design intent on new craft.
Even if the official answer is a "We don't want to set a minimum, but leave it up to the referee."
