I posted this question in the Rulesmaster section, but got no response, maybe I get lucky here.
I recently got my copy of the Minbari book and have read it. But there is one thing that I don't understand how it's suppsed to function, and it is the 'Touch of the true mind' class feature on p. 180 in the book. Maybe this is simple to understand, but english is not my native tounge and I have read it many times and still it eludes me
Can I please get an example of how this ability funktions?
