Mercenary Unit Creation

Hi, having received my print copies of the Mercenary Kickstarter I’ve started to look at creating a mercenary unit using Book 2 Running a Mercenary Force and have a couple of questions.
What’s the difference between the Unit Structure table on page 7 and the one on page 9 especially regarding the requirements column.

Also for the personal created using the Mercenary Assets table how do you know what rank/experience level of the Replacements and Recruits that are available to join the unit.

Apologies if I’m missing something in the creation process.

You might find this useful... this is a quick thing I put together for generating merc companies, on the fly... how large, what type, what do they specialize in .... for example Infantry platoon (snowtroopers) with a section of grav tanks supported by a company sized civilian mob.
