Hello Matt. I was wondering if you could find it in your busy work day to give us an update on e2 some time this month?? I think I speak for most people that I can't wait to hear or see more!!!!

YAY!!! Now if only the update would say, it is finished and completely playtested and on the way to the shelves of your nearest hobby distributor.

But I tend to ask for a lot.

that would be great. Keep dreaming. I say hold the product as long as it takes to get it right and to HAVE A TYPO FREE BOOK!!!!!

Speaking as someone who worked in the newspaper industry, the struggle for speed and accuracy usually has one or two casualties. Typos can be missed even if twleve people spend a year looking at the same text. I could live with a few mispelled words in order to get the book faster.
Task Force Games were notorious for their perfectionism, AND for missing release dates by YEARS!!

Well. I wouldn't expect ACTA v2 before around august or so. They have B5 open day planned around that time so sounds a lot like ACTA v2 would be released around then.

Could Mongoose use the power of the forum? Assuming a 100 page book, Send 100 people 1 page each get them to check it and return it (and a list of any problems).

Send the checked pages to the 100 people in a different order.

Presumably you have to spend more than £500 getting a book professionally proofread give each person who returns the checked pages a £5 ACTA voucher for the book they checked (RRP £15-£20).

If the proofreader is no good don't use them again! I would think that fans would try really hard to get things right first time and at the very least people on the forums wouldn't have a leg to stand on.

PS: Did you know that there is a typo on the crusade era Assualt Hyperion? They messed up the name on the plasma cannon I got very confused.
