We may want to limit this so it's doesnt take a weapon into Distant range. Distant range is pretty much equal to all other range bands combined.. and it has NO maximum. So we probably want to avoid that massive pot-hole of 50,000km+ distance band (at least for non-missiles/torpedoes)
