Sorry if this has been asked before, but does Mongoose's license for things Judge Dredd extend as far as the designs from the movie?
I recall that, in the days of the Starship Troopers licence, there were three types of influnces shown in mini form; the Marauders (which echoed the original novel), the more heavily armoured soldiers (based on the TV show) and the light infantry (drawn from the movie).
Would a similar dynamic be at play here, or must Mongoose only draw from the designs seen in the comics?
(That said, I wouldn't be so sure there would be too many people that would care about the movie style either way, but I kind of liked some of the alternate designs they came up with for the film.)
