Legend and Proposed OGL Changes

There are reports Wizards of the Coast are planning an update to the Open Game License. According to these reports, WoTC will use its powers under Section 9 to deauthorize all previous versions of the license. What does this mean for Legend? Would Mongoose consider following the example of Evil Hat and re-licensing the system under a different open license (such as Creative Commons)?

Now that the draft ORC licence is out and Chaosium has released Basic Roleplaying under this licence, is there any chance Mongoose would consider dual licensing Legend under ORC too? It could make for some interesting synergies....
