Leaping ChargePrereq ... Jump Skill ??

Leaping Charg has "BAB +6 and Jump Skill" as prerequisites. Err, what does it mean to have the Jump skill as a prereq? Is there a minimum # of ranks?

I was hoping they would clear this up in the Atlantean Edition, but they didn't. Since everyone can use the skill untrained and it doesn't specify a number of ranks, I'm assuming 1 rank required.
