Kovag-Re...what do we know about the Hungry God?

I'm about to makes some stuff up about Kovag-Re and flesh him out a bit (actually, a lot). But...I want to read anything "official" that's been written about Kovag-Re.

Is there any material about this lost god out in the Conan-sphere besides the scant info in the adventure module?

Nothing in the Howard stories and so thats all that really counts. Might be something in the comics but i think it was just made up for the adventure.

Never heard of him before I read Black Stones. I guess it was created by Morgan Nash, author of the adventure.

Well, I making Kovag-Re, the Hungry God, one of the ancient Zhemri gods, along with Morath-Amene from Jordan's Conan The Invincible.

Slowly slapping some "flesh" on that idea in my campaign.
