If it were just me, I would allow it. However, the whole point of painted WYSIWYG miniatures is that your opponent can see, at a glance, exactly what he is facing. It is kind of the honourable thing to do, you know?

Unless the breakdown of Mongoose players has changed in the last year or so, it would probably be significantly less than half who have a problem. Still, better safe than sorry is still the best approach.Trenchbucket said:

well i would be easy going about it as long as my opponent did not have both classes in the fleet anyway, well i will continuing trying to work with what i have or hope my other order turns up before the weekend (this one, not next weekend)

Unfortunatly i dont have an order on for a strike cruiser, though i do for some kilngons ordered mid March, they could turn up in the post anyday now (fingers crossed)
Though not too important i have worked out a new fleet and now i wish i had more battlecruiser lol, oh i best order another 2 fleet boxes to cover all angles :roll:

1. Just been to pick up the trophies for the tournament, and very good they look too. There will be prizes above and beyond the trophies, so it is well worth bringing your competition head on Saturday!
2. Will, our graphics guy, is just painting up his very first fleet of miniatures, and will be taking part if an odd number of you show up. I have told him that, if he wins, he doesn't get a prize but I will give him a day off. So make sure you beat him...
3. We have room to squeeze in perhaps 2 or 3 more people, so if you want to get on board, well, the prizes will be very good
4. We will have some pre-releases available on the day. However, if there is anything _specific_ you are after from the current range, you have, well, a few hours to let me know!
