I've gotten updates from everyone I believe, which should give us a 10 person field. If everyone shows, we won't need any "bye" rounds for players.
You will be given a Tournament pack, tracking form for your fleet, ACTA 2E FAQ, scenarios, and several scoring sheets.
You should bring: Your ACTA 2E books, Minis/Counters, Dice, whatever type of ship form/sheet/card you prefer to use during a game, pen/pencil.
For 1st timers, you might want to check out the gallery pages of epicarmycard for some images of previous cons, to get an idea of what the event room will be like.
There's concession service at the hotel for meals and snacks, and its not far from where we'll be.
If anyone has any questions ask soon. I'll be at the con all weekend and so you probably won't be able to get in touch with me via email or by forum after thursday night.
