Glancing at Project Aon that the US version of Captives of Kaag has an entirely different illustration for the Korozon (section 14) than does the UK version. The US illo gives you the impression that the Korozon is actually part of the doorway, like DnD's Caryatid Columns. The UK version, OTOH, is simply an octopoid like the Roctopus.
