The first turn you create the jump point. No other action can be taken on that turn if you are entering from hyperspace.
Second turn you are allowed to enter through the jump point. If you have AJP you may move half speed, turn, and fire your weapons when you come through the jump point.
But, if one ship with AJP opens the point, and a turn later it and other ships move through the point, am I right in thinking that the other ships can move, shoot and SA as normal? Or are they restricted in speed and turns?

Other ships moving through can only fire or SA if they have the AJP trait. It doesn't matter what kind of ship opened the JP.
As for movement I can never remember whether its half speed or full speed, its in Armageddon at the start, but I'm at work ATM. Certainly it depends on the moving ship's traits, not the ship that opened the JP.
In addition to what others have said, remember the ship which opened the JP must be the last one through - the JP shuts down IMMEDIATELY the ship that formed it passes through (so, fighters not Supporting ships must move through the Turn BEFORE).
Sometimes easier to think of (A)JP as three traits. One is the ability to place a jump point, two is accurate jump point placement and three is jump point transition resistance...ie a ship with AJP does not suffer the restrictions associated with passing through a jump point. Non-AJP ships do not have the resistance or the accuracty. It would be more convinient if in 2nd ed they mixed fewer abilities on single traits (see mini-beam discujssion the Ion Centauri threads).
(Still have not gotten an official answer on the restrictions of a AJP ship enter the board through use of its own jump point. Specifically whether or not it is under the restrictions of IJP as per the first paragraph on the jump point explination which does not contain an exception for AJP, unlike the paragraph on transitioning a jump point which does. This is notation for seeking an OFFICIAL answer only. We have had the discussion, I understand the way it is done but as a judge official answers are often necessary whatever I may believe.)
Sorry to give another unofficial answer but I was under the impression (though I might just be having a brainfart atm) that AJP ships suffered no movement restrictoins when coming through a JP.
