So whats a good fleet list for fighting against the Vree and Gaim. AS for the Gain the ISA is just screwed.

Well against Gaim it might be a good idea to use the allied nation clause for the ISA and get a Narn ship or 2 with energy mines.
 
Keep at least 1 White Star, maybe 2, and use their scout abilities to target the Gaim with JumpPoint bombs. Smack them hard from point blank range.
 
Either that or take a Tara'Lin vs the Gaim, knowing one big target can't be hit by that many fighters each turn and try to take out a couple of Queen ships before fleeing (before you get photon bombed to death).
 
If you have the rulebook, it gets pretty explicit with that tactic on pages 25 and 26 I think. Somewhere thereabouts.

You have to have Advanced Jump Engines on the attacking ship that's in hyperspace and a scout in normal space in order to make it work...

I would say, take 1 WS with Scout and open 4 JPs simultaneously into the center of the Gaim fleet so that scatter will hit at least one of their ships and probably more...
 
Or take a couple of pak´ma´ra Sunhawks for a nice little plasma web? Thise plasma torpedos also come in handy when hunting the Queens...
