Is there a feat like this?

I was wondering as to whether there was a feat in any of the Conan rpg sources that would be similar to this in ANY way.

A scholar or maybe a healer or martial disciple from Signs and Portents that could once per day self heal via mediation. Maybe making a heal check modified by either wis or con. Perhaps equal to the characters con or wis score?

If it is limited to solely the classes mentioned above do you think it would fit in a Hyborian setting? Or do you feel it is not in the Conan vein?

There is no such feat that I'm aware of.

However, I don't think such a feat would violate the spirit of Conan. REH's stories are filled with characters who have extraordinary physical abilities that seem magical but are simply manifestations of their will. As long as the ability is not magical, perhaps learned through some sort of esoteric physical training, I would say it fits.
