No. Only raiders except by the Amu, where a Patrol Cruiser costs 2 bays of HH.
It's buried a little, but it's in there.

I've played against the Drak fleet with my Minbari a few times now and I can say with complete honesty that I fear the light raiders far more than the heavy.

It isn't so much the firepower; it's the blasted dodge roll! In the end, I'll waste a great deal of firepower only to scratch the enemy free-be ships.

Now that said, I've won every game, but this opponent is getting better and better, and my margin of victory keeps getting more and more narrow.

Overall, I think the fleet is fine; the whole point in the fleet is to take that battle level carrier so that it can deploy the free raiders.
